To expand Toray's businesses globally in its growth fields and regions, we are pursuing research and technology development in collaboration with domestic and overseas production and sales sites. Taking into account new ideas generated by leading researchers around the world and as a result of the integration of different fields and cultures, R&D is being carried out in close alliance with major customers, universities, research organizations, and other partners. These efforts are also promoting the global development of intellectual property.
