Toray’s oxygen analyzer uses an yttria-stabilized
zirconia sensor uniquely developed for its sensing
element. This sensor is made of a homogeneous, high-purity
and high-density zirconia ceramics tube with special-structure
platinum electrodes.
For that reason, the Toray’s zirconia oxygen analyzer
achieves quick response and theoretical output,
which is valued highly in a lot of fields and applications
such as the check of residual oxygen by trace gas
in food packages, the control and monitoring of
processing atmosphere in metal or semiconductor
production, combustion control, cultivation and
fermentation.
Furthermore, our superior zirconia sensor has the
property of moving oxygen molecules proportionately
with a current value by the passage of a current
between electrodes, which was exploited for the
commercialization of an oxygen concentration control
device.

An oxygen sensing
element to measure the concentration of residual
oxygen in molten steel in steel making process has
been one of our core products since the start of
our department.
* It can be provided except for molten steel. |
